Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 6, 2011 and subsequent Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, in Case No. 09-CA-5768-ES-J1 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which ULTIMATEMEASURES, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, GEORGE P. HARRIS, Individually NEWSOL, LLC and TYSEER KURDI AND LINDA KURDI AS TRUSTEES OF THE KURDI FAMILY TRUST DATED JUNE 8, 2005 OR ANY SUCCESSORS-IN-INTERESTS TO THE ABOVE-NAMED TRUSTEES are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m. on October 4, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Tract P, Q, R, S and the West 1/2 of T, OSCEOLA HEIGHTS HIGHWAY ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 122, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
