NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 24, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007471-XX of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MILAN KACER, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10TH day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 38, ALICO ESTATES PHASE ONE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 49 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
