The North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 24 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida; LESS the Northern 25.0 feet thereof and the Western 25.0 feet thereof for roadway purposes.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM (EST) on the 18th day of October, 2011.
