LOT 6, BLOCK 22, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 14 UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 48-53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
