Apartment No. 1, 5601 GULF OF MEXICO DRIVE APARTMENTS, CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 738, Page 732, et seq., and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Pages 31 through 33, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
