Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated August 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2007-CA006087, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BMAC Investors Trust is the Plaintiff, and MARK A. SNELSON, TRUSTEE OF THE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT OF MARK A. SNELSON DATED 5/19/04, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, TWIN RIVERS, PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 173 through 194, inclusive of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of October, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
