LOT 6, BLOCK C, BRADEN RIVER LAKES, PHASE V-B, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 114 THROUGH 117, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at a public sale, to the highest bidder for cash in Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on the 30th day of September, 2011 VIA INTERNET at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
