Property Asset Management, Inc.,. is Plaintiff and CAROLINA PALACIO; et al., are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes at 11:00AM on this 4th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, CRESTVIEW HILLS, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
