NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 24, Block C, MILLBROOK AT GREENFIELD PLANTATION, PHASE III-B, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 57 through 69 and as amended in Plat Book 37, Pages 100 through 104, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash in Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of September, 2011 VIA THE INTERNET at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
