Unit 4088, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 3, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1107, Page 1413, as amended from time to time, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Page 9 through 13, inclusive of the Public Records of Manatee County.
