Notice is hereby given that R. B. Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on September 28, 2011, at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 103-J, IRONWOOD EIGHTH CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium Recorded June 19, 1974, recorded in Official Record Book 676, Page 623-738, both inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with the undivided interest in the interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 10, 2011, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is Chase Home Finance LLC vs. Margaret J. Gerding, et al., and the Case number of which is number 2010 CA 4955.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
