AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2006-HE4 is Plaintiff and ALAIN E. MACIAS; idannis z. macias; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc. as nominee for first nlc financial services, llc. min no. 100195910001990921; homeowners association at suncoast lakes, inc.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com in Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 17, Block 19, Suncoast Lakes Phase 3, According to the Map or Plat Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 50, Pages 74-87, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
