Alternative Loan Trust 2005-79CB Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-79CB, Plaintiff and Michael M. Rivera and Emely G. Rivera, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on October 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 71, OF WATERS EDGE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 30, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
