I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at Pasco County's Online Auction website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 12TH day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
LOT 13, LESS THE WEST 25.08 FEET THEREOF, ALL OF LOT 14, AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 15, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH THEREOF, HILLSIDE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
