NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 4th day of October, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
BEGIN AT A POINT 180 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK 2, OF ELWOOD PARK PLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA. GO SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 10, 150 FEET, THENCE GO WEST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2 (ONE HALF) OF LOT 10 TO A POINT 301.00 FEET EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 10, THENCE GO NORTH PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 10 TO THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 10, BEING THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF 26TH AVENUE EAST, THENCE GO EAST TO POINT OF BEGINNING BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.
