NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 1, WILDERNESS PARK, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 32-35, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida (also known as Lot 1, RIVER BEND). With the street address of: 6500 Green Acres Boulevard, New Port Richey, FL 34655.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on October 6, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
