NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2010, in Case No. 2009-CA-007621 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and George Bino Rucker, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on line via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 28th day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 45 FEET SOUTH OF THE NE CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE WEST 1980 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF GRADED ROAD; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, A DISTANCE OF 835 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION, TOWNSHIP AND RANGE 75 FEET; THENCE WEST 140 FEET; THENCE NORTH 75 FEET; THENCE EAST 140 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE EAST 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
