NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9/6/2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-CP-2691 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Shadybrook Village Owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER REUTTER; MARY ELLEN SAUNDERS; FRANCES B. REUTTER are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7 day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to with:
Unit No. 126C, SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM (f/k/a SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION THIRTEEN), a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1035, Page 807, and Merger recorded in Official Records Book 1460, Page 7272, and Restatement recorded in Official Records Book 1551, Page 3549, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 13, Page 104, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is 1141 Longfellow Way Sarasota, FL 34243.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
