NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2011 and Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 6, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-0185ES-J1, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MARC A.B. SILVERMAN, Special Fiduciary of the Betty H. Bleckley Charitable Remainder Unitrust UTD 5/5/2005, is Plaintiff, and UMUES, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company; DONALD R. COLLINS, individually and as managing member of UMEUS, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company; DELORIS L. COLLINS, individually and as managing member of UMEUS, LLC, a dissolved Florida limited liability company; and FOGGY RIDGE COMMONS 6 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, et al are Defendants, that the Pasco County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on October 12, 2011 to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
