NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 109 of Sunbow Bay, Phase III, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 996, Page 3440, and all exhibits thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 73 thru 77, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at a public sale, to the highest bidder for cash in Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th day of October, 2011 VIA INTERNET at www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
