NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-3526 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CHRISTIAN SHARBONO, CONCETTA SHARBONO and SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the October 4, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS
Lots 9 through 16, Block 15, POMELLO CITY CENTRAL UNIT, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 62, of the Public Records of MANATEE County Florida. TOGETHER WITH various vacated platted right of way all being more particularly described as follows:
FROM the SE corner of Section 28, Township 35 South, Range 20 East, run N N 88 degrees 42'41” W a distance of 2656.66 feet; to the South one-quarter corner of said Section 28; thence N 44 degrees 19'04”E a distance of 676.70 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 00 degrees 47'08 E, along the East right of way line of 226th Street East (5th Street - plat), a distance of 144.89 feet; thence S 88 degrees 44'20”E a distance of 391.13 feet; thence S 00 degrees 47'18” W, a distance of 144.94 feet; thence N 88 degrees 43'54” W, a distance of 391.12 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Lying and being in Section 28, Township 35 South, Range 20 East, MANATEE County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
