NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2010 as well as September 2, 2011 Order Setting Foreclosure Date for 157 Upper Manatee River Road, Bradenton, Florida both of which were entered in CASE NO: 2010-CA-4772, wherein M&I MARSHALL & ISLEY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GOLD BANK AND AMERICAN BANK is Plaintiff and ACCEND, INC. d/b/a JC TREE & LANDSCAPE, a Florida Corporation, JOHN H. COLLINS, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE, and WHITNEY NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on October 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
157 Upper Manatee River Road, Bradenton, Florida 34212 further described as follows:

Begin at a point found by measuring from the NW corner of Section 20, Township 34S, Range 19E, Manatee County, Florida, South along the West line of said Section 20, a distance of 3448.45 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence East 661.94 feet; thence South 330 feet; thence West 661.94 feet; thence North along the West line of said Section 20, a distance of 330 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS AND EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to Manatee County by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 105, Page 466, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sales, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
