UNIT L-29, THE FOURTH BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, F/K/A THE FOURTH BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 27, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 630, PAGE 560, AND AMENDMENT OF MERGER IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1508, PAGE 6261, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
