NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-009084 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and ALLEN L. BROOKS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 46, RIVER PLACE, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, pages 173 through 198, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
