NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 003583 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and CARMEN R. MELENDEZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1907 IN BUILDING NO. 19 OF THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2113 AT PAGE 6788, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AS AMENDED.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
