SunTrust Mortgage, Inc.,. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL SHACKELFORD, II A/K/A MICHAEL SACHELFORD; et al., are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on this 7th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE LL UNIT 3 A/K/A GREENBROOK PRESERVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF recorded in plat book 45, pages 123 thru 129, of the public records of manatee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
