Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on August 29, 2011, in Case No.: 2011-CA-000540, in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which M & I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin state banking corporation, is the Plaintiff and GRZEGORZ KIERKOWSKI, ALDONA SIWIEC, individually, HOMES OF RIVIERA DUNES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida non-profit corporation, GEORGES DASKALIDES, individually and TAMMY DASKALIDES, individually, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell the Property described in the Final Judgment or any court scheduling the sale, on-line at 11:00 a.m., beginning October 4, 2011, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Lot 6 of ISLAND AT RIVIERA DUNES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page(s) 111 through 115, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
