NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 22, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41 2007 CA 006551 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein INDYMAC BANK F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and GILLES ARMAND; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GILLES ARMAND N/K/A FRANCINE BILEVEAU; TENANT #1 N/K/A ARLENE DICKINSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
