NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2009 CA 010871 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 6th day of October, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 126, SHADOW BROOK MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 808, PAGES 546 THROUGH 646, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 1 THROUGH 4, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 117 THROUGH 119, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY,FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME VIN#N30781A AND N30781B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
