NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 005810 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 4th day of October, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 54, HEATHERWOOD CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1094, PAGE 1229, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 34, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 164, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
