NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009813 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 4th day of October, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, BLOCK E, RIVERSIDE PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA THENCE RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF 20TH AVENUE WEST, 125 FEET, THENCE WESTERLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTHLINE OF 7TH STREET WEST 87.5 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF 20TH AVENUE, WEST 125 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF 7TH STREET WEST, 87.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
