notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009088, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GERI HARRIS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FAMILY LIVING UNIT NUMBER 57, SHENANDOAH ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 761, PAGE 191 THROUGH 237, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
