Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 2nd day of September, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 11-2009-CA-008413 in the Circuit Court for Collier , Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK the Plaintiff, and KEEWAYDIN GROUP, LLC, AN INDIANA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, KEEWAYDIN GROUP LLC C/O PETER DVORAK, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
The South 100 feet of the North 2100 feet of Government Lot 3 in Section 14, Township 51 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, being a strip of land 100 feet wide extending from the Gulf of Mexico to the bay or inland waterway.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 3rd day of October, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
