NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 1st day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-01862, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RAMON BOTELLA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMON BOTELLA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 19, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
