NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-000474, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. TRUSTEE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2004 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-MHQ1 is Plaintiff, and SALVADOR A. FLORES AND PAULA V. FLORES are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 6th day of October, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 10, NEWMARKET SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 104 AND 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 1009 New Market Road, Immokalee, FL 34142.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
