NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 06, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-006934 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JUAN MESTA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
