NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 11, 2011, entered in Case No. 11-794-CC, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. Sorrento Villas of Naples, Inc., is the Plaintiff and HEIDI DIENER, and All Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 5 day of October, 2011, in the first floor atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit No. 32, Group H, SORRENTO VILLAS, a Condominium, as more fully shown in OR Book 528, Pages 1 through 39, Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with all undivided interests in the common elements or surpluses accruing to said property;
Subject to a Ninety-Nine (99) Year Lease, as more fully shown in O.R. Book 527, Pages 981 through 994, and as amended in OR Bok 531, Pages 968 through 971, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. The Grantee(s) acknowledge and agree to pay.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the judgment lien must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
