NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002854, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING. LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and CARL AARON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARL AARON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A VICTORIA AARON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 5 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
