YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a foreclosure action has been filed against you by Plaintiff, BMO HARRIS BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as successor to M&I Marshall & Ilsey Bank and M&I Bank FSB, seeking to foreclose a mortgage-lien interest in the real property more particularly described as:
LOT 20, BLOCK 256 OF MARCO BEACH UNIT SIX, according to the plat thereof AS recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 47 THROUGH 54, of the public records of Collier County, Florida.
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Richmond C. Flowers, Esq., Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
