JAMES; KIRSTEN JAMES; JOHN E. JAMES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN E. JAMES REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 10/29/96, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED FIFTY PERCENT (50%) INTEREST; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOHN E. JAMES REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 10/29/96, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED FIFTY PERCENT (50%) INTEREST,; KIRSTEN JAMES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE KIRSTEN JAMES REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 10/29/96, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED FIFTY PERCENT (50%) INTEREST; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE KIRSTEN JAMES REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 10/29/96, AS TO AN UNDIVIDED FIFTY PERCENT (50%) INTEREST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LEAF FUNDING, INC.,; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 6 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
