Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 6, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
the north 165 feet of tract no. 57, golden gate estates, unit no. 9, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 4, pages 99 and 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 260 13TH ST SW, NAPLES, FL 34117; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on October 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
