Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 6, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 16-305 OF THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARaTION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3305, PAGE 656 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREto, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
and commonly known as: 7826 great heron way 305, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on October 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
