UNIT NUMBER L-102, THE VILLAGES OF EMERALD LAKES TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1641, AT PAGE 1036, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE UNIT INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS RESERVED FOR EACH UNIT THEREIN.
and commonly known as: 7791 ESMERALDA WAY, NAPLES, FL 34109; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on October 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
