notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-004968 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank O f New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-10, Plaintiff and Darrin J. Campbell are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on October 6, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 145, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 84 AND 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
