NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 7, 2011, in Case No. 2009-9288-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and KATHERYN Y. FULCHINO; unknown spouse of KATHERYN Y. FULCHINO, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 5 day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BAYFRONT GARDENS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 114, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and

A certain portion of Lot 13, Bayfront Gardens, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 114, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, more fully described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 13; thence North 53Ëš10'31” West along the South line of said Lot 13 to the mean high water line of Little Hickory Bay and a point, herein called Point “A”; thence return to the Point of Beginning and run North 39Ëš45'50” East 4.00 feet along the East line of said Lot 13; thence North 50Ëš13'10” West to the mean high water line of Little Hickory Bay; thence Southerly along the mean high water line to Point “A”.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
