NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-193-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and MIRIAM S. WOLOK A/K/A MIRIAM SHEREE WOLOK, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:am at the first floor of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block D, TRAIL TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 94, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations common to the subdivision and to taxes for the year 2000 and thereafter.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
