notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2009-CA-002898 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and SUSHANA N. BERNARDO a/K/A SUSANA N. BERNARDO, TRUSTEE OF THE SUSHANA N. BERNARDO REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 7, 1999; SUSHANA N. BERNARDO a/K/A SUSANA N. BERNARDO; south seas west condominium apartments of marco island, inc.; Teleforo Jorge Bernardo; JAMES BEAGLE, P.A.; BOOP'S LLC; MICHAEL RODRIGUEZ; The Galley Restaurant and Lounge, Inc.; south seas CLUB
of marco island, inc., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 5 day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT no. 302, tower no. I, south seas west condominium apartments of marco island, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 837, page 1341 thru 1466, of the public records of collier county, florida, as may be amended, together with all appurtenances thereunto attached.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
