notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-009363-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Benefit of Harborview 2005-08 Trust Fund, is the Plaintiff and Pablo Ramos, Board of County Commissioners Collier County, Florida, Jane Doe #1 n/k/a Carie Ardeaga, John Doe #1 Emmit Hernandez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
