NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-000399 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 am on the 6 day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT 2835, BUILDING 28, TERRACE IV AT CYPRESS TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3672, PAGE 2169 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
