Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CC-014127 of County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Toscana Townhomes Property Owners Assn. Inc is Plaintiff, and DANIEL ELIZONDO; JEFFERY ELIZONDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL ELIZONDO; JEFFERY ELIZONDO; CHASE BANK USA, N.A. and MERS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: in Room 201/202 of the Hillsborough County Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, George Edgecomb Courthouse, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 pm, on the 7 day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot No. 5 Block A of VILLAS OF TOSCANA TOWNHOMES, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 47 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; the street address of which is: 3109 Toscana Cir. Tampa, FL ,33611.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
